Our Headwaters Concept Fund creates cash flowing businesses and the development and growth of national brands.  The Franchise fund provides exit opportunity for Headwaters Concept Brands to franchise, as well as the acquisition fund for established franchises to grow.  The Technology fund invests in technology related to the hospitality and food sector where our other Fund's portfolio companies can provide quick go to market access and efficient scalability.  We look to acquire and place as many assets within our Qualified Opportunity Zone Business Fund which offer significant profit and tax savings advantages.
